| 1. Eligble Value is Min Rs 35000 (Incl of GST) per month. 2. Payment per invoice to be made strictly within 30 days. No benefits provided if the payment schedule is not followed. 3. Quarterly Benefit will be credited by way of Credit note after completion of respective quarter e.g. Quarterly benefit will be calculated of Pro-rata basis, Customer achieves Turnover of Rs.6.30 Lacs, quarterly benefit will be Rs.6300 instead of Rs 6000 as against Turnover of Rs 6 Lacs. 4. Products can be availed only at end of each quarter. 5. Any Returns will be adjusted against particular months sale. 6. All supplies will be as per normal Discount Policy only. 7. Annual Consistency Bonus Eligibility: a. Completion of all 4 quarters as per slabs or more. b. All payments to be cleared in 30 Days, if even single payment is delayed or in case of cheque dishonour, no quarterly or annual benefit will be passed on. 8. Company resrves the right to withdraw the scheme anytime without assigning any reason and decision of management will be full & final. |
